3.0.0 Database Encryption Broken #126

After updating to 3.0.0, FormIt now prompts to migrate after every form submission even though all submissions were made with the 3.0.0 version. Clicking the migrate bar caused all forms in list to disappear but they still show up in the encryption list, decrypting and re-encrypting does nothing. We're running MODX 2.5.2

@pyrographics This should be fixed with the latest 3.0.2 release. There is however a possibility that the some of your encrypted form submissions got corrupt.. there's not really something that can be done about that.. if you have a backup of your formit_forms table you could restore that and reinstall FormIt and run the migration.
