Refine Default Lexicons #16

Fix a couple of typos and fixed tab/button/panel titles to use title casing.

@sdrenth can you please check this and approve or decline this changes? @smg6511 why do you think should we use title casing? Is there some standard?

@ilyautkin - Yes, in English titles should be set in title case, particularly in interfaces such as this. Many major style guides (APA, Chicago, Oxford) state this. That aside, the updates should be made to make titling in this extra consistent with MODx's in general.
