Publish Issue after update #26

I just updated a cloud to 2.8.5 and Formalicious stopped rendering. When you are on the list view in the manager it says "NOT" published but during editing its checked and even in the database its a 1. So I'm not sure where the error is but it's not working on 2.8.5.

Using the MODX 3 package and had the same issue plus saving as published always generated the default "1970" error date for published date.

I think you need to "allow null" for those dates in the DB. It seems to be working fine now after doing that.

@toro-terminator Can you please explain how you manually set the "allow null" setting for this fields on the modx_formalicious_forms table with phpmyadmin (or other tool) ?
