Both flatMapVec and backplanesGMT have 0.001 m precision written to the output, but only increment 0.125 m at a time. I've ignored it until now, but we are making 0.8 m topography on the Moon, and the accuracy is going to suffer. This is for Lunar maps where the radius is 1,734.4 km. I haven't checked this issue with smaller bodies, so it is possible that the issue is less severe for bodies <1 km, where there are not so many "wasted" digits in the heights.
