backplanesGMT doesn't work with larger Q sizes #15

Made code change and committed.

NTMP=5001 crashes when I try compiling. Also, the NTMP values isn't just Q*2. When NTMP=2001 (what was in v1.7) I was able to run a Q of 1500, which is 3001 pixels across. I'm not sure how NTMP translates to Q.

I tired NTMP=3001, which compiles, and works with the bigmap of Q=2242. I will update the code in main.
