Seems like everytime the timer reaches 0 it re-appears, but then sometimes the effect dose nothing,
Even /effect clear dosnt remove it

I also had this issue where the effect keep comnig back after timer expiring and constaly damaging me if i heal over 5 heart or 10 hp but for my friend it seems like its not doing anything
