[Potential BUG] stomach ache dosnt go away

Seems like everytime the timer reaches 0 it re-appears, but then sometimes the effect dose nothing, Even /effect clear dosnt remove it This is one of my friend's scrrenshot I also had this issue where the effect keep comnig back after timer expiring and constaly damaging me if i heal over 5 heart or 10 hp but for my friend it seems like its not doing anything Whenever the timer hits 0 it resets to 16 seconds

yeah how to disable stomach ache, i hate it
