Add support for MISP warning-lists when an IOC hits a warning-lists to filter out or notify the user.

I suppose you were thinking of PyMISPwarninglists.

But that package has 0 documentation (but an issue for it https://github.com/MISP/PyMISPWarningLists/issues/3)

I will see what one can do.
