Templete creation error #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In templates click new and leave the name value to nothing will give an error 
stating that alle fields, wasn't filled out

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To create the record, i can't see why you shouldn't be allow to.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5 on Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS

Please provide any additional information below.
As a work around you can create the record with a dummy value, and then remove 
it afterwords.

This has already been fixed in trunk
