Duplicate system coordinates #13

Coordinates for "COL 285 SECTOR NP-C B14-1" and "Col 285 Sector LE-E B13-1" are the same. I think LE-E B13-1 is the correct one.

Yes, I've noticed that. I will clean it up when I go through and verify the data for Gamma in the next few days.

Fixed now - I've deleted "COL 285 SECTOR NP-C B14-1".
