German Translations #48

I translated the mod to German. I followed the sea of thieves wiki (https://seaofthieves.fandom.com/wiki/Fish), which helpfully had a German page (https://seaofthieves.fandom.com/de/wiki/Fisch) with all the German names for the fish

for the variant translations, I included the name of the fish in the String, since the German translations would look really odd without them
