Space nether dimension causing crashes when profiling with JER

Whenever attempting to profile using just enough resources, it gets stuck on trying to profile the space nether dimension, which is non existant. please add an option to completely disable the space nether.

Next version should be fixed, I've removed entire Space Nether stuff because it makes vanilla nether useless.
