After shader loading screen Cemu losses fullscreen taskbar shows #16

I tested on v80 all until v71 this is where it works correct, i think it has something to do with the screen selection tv/gamepad feature, this also somehow causes lots of graphical issues

removing "Monitor 1" and leaving it blank for both Tv Monitor: and GamePad Monitor: fixes the problem so at least i can still keep using v80
