BUG: Vanilla XFCE4 starts up instead of Xubuntu styled session #3

Describe the bug Since this is a Xubuntu box, I would expect a customized version of XFCE to start. Instead, we are presented with a plain instance of XFCE.

To Reproduce Create an instance of the dev box and RDP in.

Expected behavior I expect to be presented with the classic Xubuntu XFCE session

Additional context According to this forum post, there are some files that need to be copied over to /home/vagrant/.config. I believe that they are present in /etc/xdg/xdg-ubuntu

It appears that removing the files from /home/vagrant/.config and copying the files from /etc/xdg/xdg-ubuntu into the folder will almost get us there. More testing is needed to be done to see if there's anything that was missed, and then this can be added to the Ansible script image
