flora notifications unexpected #376

Flora no longer appears to have an option for "Always W/O Notify" and such, and now while harvesting alchemy ingredients from flora my notifications are constantly backlogged.

in my case I have ingredient and drink both set to W/O Notification, while food is not harvested.

In case it is helpful in debugging, I am attaching a copy of my SmartHarvestSE.ini file:

EDIT: Also, I am using CACO, in case that affects things.
