ice wraith teeth and ectoplasm autolooting unreliable #496

It's finicky on autolooting ice wraith teeth and ectoplasm from ice wraith and ghost bodies respectively. Sometimes it works, most of the time I have to loot the body manually

User reported that this is fixed in latest update

I also seem to be successfully harvesting ice wraith teeth and ectoplasm from bodies. I previously said it was not always harvesting these even after the latest update, but it seems that the update actually fixed that.
