To better promote the Vue Hot Toast project and provide comprehensive documentation to users and developers, it's proposed to create a dedicated website. This website will serve as a central hub for project information, tutorials, API documentation, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve project visibility and user engagement.

TODO: make a dir site for build a official website.

I can help with development, to speed up on other tasks for the library. Please create a repository with vue.js 3. I can develop with you with composition api and use third-party library or use something done with nails.
