Will be nice to have filters with > or < when annotations are numbers, I'm using ExAC and only with = and <> is not enough.

EDIT

I see that there are filters that allow you to use < and > but these options don't show up on ExAC annotations made with Annovar

Check the header info to make sure it is set correctly.
