Option to remove preset button and move send button to bottom #223

I sent an email about this but realised it would serve developers better as a
feature ticket.

I personally don't use the preset messages button but often send longer
messages where a large message field would be useful.

Is there any possibility of there being an option to disable the preset button
and move the send button to the bottom instead thereby allowing the message
field to be slightly wider?

Attached a quickly constructed screenshot, I guess the best way of doing this
would be to allow configuration of the buttons on the quick reply window in the
same way you can with the pop up.

A fully revamped version of SMS Popup is now available in the Google Play
Store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.everythingandroid.smspopup

I am closing out all old issues/bugs that relate to SMS Popup <=1.10 as so much
was changed in this version. Please create new issues if you see them in the
latest update.
