TTS Caller ID #228

It would be brilliant if you could set it so the Callers Name would be read out 
using Googles Text to speech before or after the notification sound. I use SMS 
Voice Caller ID App at the moment but this speaks the callers ID before 
SMSPopup responds. I'd love to be able to play my sms tone then have it read 
out the name.

I am closing out all old issues/bugs that relate to SMS Popup <=1.10 as so much 
was changed in this version. Please create new issues if you see them in the 
latest update.
