lockscreen on/off popup #245

Im using 2.2 and I often toggle lockscreen on/off. SMS popup works when the 
lockscreen is on but I don't get a popup when the lockscreen is off. Any way to 
enable it without a lockscreen?

A fully revamped version of SMS Popup is now available in the Google Play 
Store:

I am closing out all old issues/bugs that relate to SMS Popup <=1.10 as so much 
was changed in this version. Please create new issues if you see them in the 
latest update.
