Add "Diversion" to the list of Interesting Applications in Readme.md and perhaps a description about it.

Diversion, with it's homepage at https://diversion.ch/diversion/diversion.html is a script-based solution specifically built for running inside consumer-grade Asus home routers running the customized Asuswrt-Merlin firmware, that also uses this type of domain resolution.

Infact it has been using StevenBlack hosts as a default for many years now. Diversion auto-updater regularly updates the latest standard hosts file from the github's servers.

It would make sense to at least mention this project in the readme. Thanks
