Drop the `MetaMask/eth-phishing-detect` list

This issue serves to document the removal of the MetaMask/eth-phishing-detect list.

We've been pulling a stale and dormant list with the following profile for about two years.

Long story short:

• We've been pulling 1,071 stale domains for a long time
• MetaMask/eth-phishing-detect reorganized, such now their list is bot-automated and has become a 204,000 domain list including 12,000 domains from gitbook.io 🙄
