jquery version dependency #66

I see that the plugin is using jquery plugin version 1.8.3. Can it be used with a 2.x version?

@enriquemolinari I haven't tested the plugin with jquery 2.x so I don't know. Give it a try I would say...

I did a test with jquery 2.2.4 & 3.2.1 which both work fine.

is this works with jquery 3.4.1, when we have tables in the editor, I think it is not working properly please check this once, suggestions show in the wrong place.
