NextUI is a REALLY good ui component library, you can edit them however you please but the default stuff is also just really good. The integration process has been simple for me in the past.

Using it for the menu and for lazy loading would make things look really nice.

It also does Dark Mode, and I can say it hasn't done me wrong before
