Just wanted to give anyone making this change some information: you must load pico2wave first. Or else tts would not work.

Can someone merge this with the code given by Steven?

I'm testing this out with pico2wave to make sure everything looks fine. Where did this key come from? The keys I have used in the past are google's keys used by chrome because they are unlimited.
