testing voice no sound and empty commands.config file

im having big problems with the sound i think. under the installation if I hear the voice, i dont hear anything and I dont think its a install problem, i think its the Pi.

second, i installed it anyway, lying to the install telling i hear it lol but when i try to open the sudo nano /root/.commands.config there is nothing there, jsut empty. same when i use the commands voicecommand either i put up C, or S its still empty, acctually when i tried th C it brought me back to the installation to the part where i had to spesify the flag thing.

please help me out, im really new to Pi, but i fear i would have to reinstall the whole thing , wich i hope i dont have to. thnx!
