Names are case sensitive

Ideally two name if entered, one in uppercase and the other in lowercase, refer to the same name. More so, the application distinguishes between duplicate persons using their name but allows the same name in different cases into the system.

## :question: Issue response Team chose [`response.NotInScope`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** First of all, different cases may be used to refer to a particular person, but you should at least give a warning when a user enters it that way, because most of the time the user probably didn't do it on purpose but by accident!
