Setup JavaFX as GUI

When our program is ran, we want a new window to open up with a text input to type commands and a table that shows all the processes.

From here, we will need to have a table that shows:

• [x] Process names, process arrival time, process wait time, process status

And a text box that, when user presses enter

• [x] has it's text read, parsed and then run through the CommandInterface
