Fix internal links to site #100

These should templated in relatively, not explicitly written out as www.stevenmaude.co.uk (what would happen if the site moved domain?). There are a few of these.

These originated from back when Blogger was used, not Pelican, and were never migrated to use Pelican's support for intra-site links.
