Create registration page in front-end #8

Registration page must have entries for username and password. It will have a button for confirming the registration. Registering will take user to the login page, actual persistence of data is not needed.

Points: 5

Challenges: Making the registration page match the requirements for the back-end users. Creating fields that were required was also a challenge as well as importing the correct icons.
