[Retros] Thumbs up for individuals to indicate they are done entering items in Brainstorm phase #506

Love the retro functionality in the tool, but one thing we hit constantly is timeboxing the brainstorm phase and/or just knowing when people are done.
It'd be great if there was a simple "done" button for individuals to hit when they're done entering their time so we can know vs asking via chat.
