Currently when adding a user to a team that is apart of an Organization or Department user has to manually enter an email and hope they're already apart of the Org or Department the team is associated to. It would be better if the user is presented with a list of that Org or Departments users. Should also include a note that if the user isn't apart of the Org or Department they need to be added there first.
