-Class attributes would be Teacher's schedule, School, Name -Real time might be needed to keep track of the date and timetable -School events should be able to added by the teachers-in-charge
- Teachers have the choice to put which days of the week they are not available or the time slot
- students should not be able to request more than 2 hour worth of lesson until lesson is over
As a curious student, when I have doubt of certain topics and it can't be summarized in one email, I would try to meet with my tutor after school timing . However they can take up to 2 to 3 days to reply me and it might be a no. I wish there is a system of some sort to help process our communication between students and teachers better
As a teacher who is teaching multiple modules, I understand students would want to see me to ask for help but sometimes I may be too busy to check my email so I always reply them late. I hope there is a way I can be notified when students message me for extra help
As a student who always do my stuff last minute, I would always want to find my teacher a day or two before tests or project to clarify things. But I don't know how to find a good time to meet them since i don't know their time schedule so I hope there is a way for me to find out the lecturers' weekly timetable
As a busy teacher, my email can be over flooded with other teachers email or invitation to attend events or talks within or outside of NYP and I do not check each email one by one. Hence sometimes I might overlook and thought a student email was one of the advertisement and ignore it. I wish there is a way to only view my students questions and not mixed up with any other email.
As a student who is impatient, I always hate to send email to ask questions as lecturers always take their own time to reply me. Even when they reply, the answer might not be what I seek or is too vague. After that I will need to re-email them which can take up another day or two. By then is the next tutorial and I will have a new set of questions to ask and this cycle of emailing will happen once again. Hence I hope there is a way I can clarify my questions all at one go effectively
