[DOCS] considered the changelog? #42

Often, community projects maintain a CHANEGLOG.md file to record changes between versions so that users can understand how to choose a version, what to look for when upgrading, and so on.

The project has iterated through multiple versions, can I get information about the differences in version iterations from somewhere? Or has it been considered to maintain the CHANEGLOG.md file

Thanks for the suggestion I’ll add that with my next round of updates
