Challenges are a way to engage the members of SEC to try adding features. The goal is to provide write-ups for different tasks that either have been done or need to be done in order to expose individuals to the methods used to contribute to this project. This PR features two challenges that involve using APIs and displaying data in a browser extension popup.

this is based on the other open pull request #29 , and should not be merged until that PR is merged or this is rebased onto master
