Height based fog (for caves) #15

Just came here to post a suggestion like this. Just wanted to say I second this idea, as I'd like to be able to see the full expanse of large caves in a desert :)

Thanks for checking out the mod, WarmIceCream! I'll start working on this sometime, definitely would be nice to have.

Additionally, it might be good to add an upper limit to the height, as when flying so high you can't see the ground, it makes sense that the fog wouldn't be there either
