Conflict with Nicer Skies #18

It seems this mod is either taking precedence or doing something below the horizon, causing a bit of ugliness at night time: 2023-07-16_22 07 39 2023-07-16_22 08 14

Just tested, does seem like there's some issues. Most notably the fog is way too dark at night with Nicer Skies and there's a visible seam where the transition should be (tested in a plains biome): image

What biome did you test in? Is that a mushroom island? I can't quite reproduce what you're seeing, with the bright fog.

This was a mushroom island.

Full list of mods I'm using, if it helps list.txt

It'd probably be helpful if you could narrow it to the bare minimum of mods, or do a binary search. Like half it down till the issue doesn't show. I tried it with both nicer skies and biome fog and I didn't get that white background effect at night

Also, I just took a look through the mod list, it seems like you have Simple Fog Control, though this is already implemented in Biome Fog (though a little less user friendly at the moment, no GUI config yet). I should probably mark that as incompatible as well.

I just tested this only Nicer Skies, Biome Fog, and QFAPI, still get the bright fog. 2023-07-21_09 43 28

Could you share your world seed and position so I can try to debug?
