Allows you to specify configuration file on the commandline.

Also makes it possible to build a jar that doesn't include the test infrastructure.

Thanks for the changes/improvements Jon. I will merge the code and test it locally. If all ok it will be in the next Emulator Version, hopefully next week. I will try and put in Hue Lux bulbs, also, shouldn't be too difficult.
