Transition Time? #27

Transition time does not seem to do anything. The bulbs are always immediately set.

Transition time was never implemented. I thought I mentioned this in the project page but I have just checked and no mention of it. I did think of looking into this a couple of times but never got round to it. Am not currently maintaining this project so unlikely to get done in the near future sorry.
