Primary Changes:

Added plant tests
Updated logic of registration route
Fixed bugs in plant routes
Added "my plants" route

Additional Changes:

Fixed warning in device tests, should have caught that in code review oops
Formatting

I am going to merge this in now just so we can get it in for the frontend team ASAP, if anyone has any suggested changes let me know and we can fix them in a new pull request.
