Add Contribution.md #20

To facilitate new contributors, a Contribution.md file should be created to guide new contributor on how it can make new pull request.

Ideally, a separate branch should be use as staging before committing all the untested code into the master branch.

I already did that, waiting for you to merge so I can create a pull request for changing the name from Contributor.md to Contribution.md
