Locales can't be changed #13

Describe the bug Locales can't be changed. Not working in element nor options.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set locale to some locale string (ie. 'cs')

Expected behavior Locale changed.

Looks to be fixed in 5.0.0-alpha.0.
