Rc2相机应用在后台时无法打开闪光灯

Translation:Flashlight function won't work when the camera app is in the background. ( personally I don't think it's something related to the jailbreak )

I tested this issue and the flashlight works for me when Camera app is in the background. I don't think it's g0blin related.
