Need to respring; Mini-SafeMode #298

When I Jailbreak successfully, it brings me to this "SafeMode"(Disables all my tweaks) and I need to go in terminal respring. I had no issue until before yesterday and I installed no new tweaks. I know it's not that big of an issue but it still is annoying.
