Cydia won't open, some apps work but not tweaks #316

I went from rc1 to rc2. Sometimes after jailbreaking goblin wouldn't work without another resorting so I'd use ifile to do it. I tried rc1 reinstall bootstrap and rc2 reinstall cydia. Neither work
