this is the first time i install it and added the command to my KICS profile.

Also 2 other questions can you put key combos like shift+x for key mappings and for the Voice, can i uses the KICS one?

@saitoh183 It looks like the solution to #9 was to re-download the latest Sextant release and ensure you're extracting all files to the /Apps/Sextant folder. Give that a shot and let us know?

redownloaded and extracted and same problem. its 46 files to extract and they are all there. When i start VA, i see the following still

And for sure it is that plugin generating the error becasue HCS loads up properly.

And then run the command in VA, i get

I created the command in a new profile and added the command as per the wiki.

Hi,

If you get an initialization exception on startup, Sextant isn't going to work, so lets get that sorted first.

• Did you install to the correct directory, ie C:\Program Files (x86)\VoiceAttack\Apps\Sextant ?
• Are you running VoiceAttack as administrator ?

No, i have VA via Steam, so it is not installed in the default location.

Steam location G:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\VoiceAttack and my Apps and Sounds Folders are relocated to D:\VoiceAttack so Sextant is in D:\VoiceAttack\Apps\Sextant

Hmm, that sounds very non-standard.

I am also running voiceattack 1.7.3 from Steam with Sextant 1.0.2 and not having any issues so I don't think it's a versioning problem.

I just put a new drive in my machine last night so this evening I may try to replicate the problem. Perhaps you could try moving everything back to the same drive to test?

What is the location of your VA? it shouldnt be the Program file location unless you have your steam games installed on your C drive? I have steam on my game drive so that my games install there.

ok it seems to work now. But you will still need to fix the issue. Without changing my Apps and Sound path in VA and simply copying Sextant folder to G:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\VoiceAttack\Apps Restart VA and
