I as a dev ops engineer want to use a self hosted docker registry instead of ghcr.io to save costs

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Deploy self hosted docker registry on server
[x] Update portainer registry auth credentials
[x] Update image tag in frontend docker-compose file to use new registry
[x] Add new required secrets to affected repository secrets
[x] Update github actions workflow and use the new tag and the new repo secrets
