[feature request] Hourly time limits for sites #33

block a group of sites so they can only be used for a certain amount every hour.

e.g. limit youtube, twitch, twitter so they can only be used 20 minutes in total per hour

It does a decent job for Android. Unfortunately, they don't have a complete feature set in chrome.
