Complete Re-write of db #18

Make tables 3D with year as third dimension... facilitate the db doing more and 
the code doing less to speed up the site and allow more functionality.

Likely won't work on until 2013 season... Mobile site will take precedence...

Still haven't gotten there obviously. Note that this would also solve the "super-admin" bug
