If error in betting in enterPicks, displays the wrong error message

if a user has an incomplete bet for a given week (data exists, but some of
it is 0) the error displayed is "games already underway"....

It's somewhat hard to reproduce this error, and it doesn't seem like a huge deal
right now, so putting it on the back-burner...
